Pecan "Meat" Sloppy Joes
Yield: 4 sandwiches
Serve with coleslaw if you have time and chips and pickles if you don’t.
- 3 cups Pecan "Meat"
- 1/2 cup your favorite barbecue sauce
- 4 good-quality sandwich buns, toasted
- Heat Pecan "Meat" and barbecue sauce in a medium saucepan over medium until heated through. Lightly toast buns, then spoon a portion of barbecued Pecan "Meat" onto each bun bottom. Cap with a bun top and serve immediately.
