- 3 avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled and mashed to a chunky state
- 3 tablespoons each: lime juice and cilantro
- 6 tablespoons minced red onion
- Mix all ingredients, including a generous sprinkling of salt. Taste, and adjust seasonings, including additional lime juice and salt, if necessary. Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap directly over the surface to prevent browning. Serve within a few hours with I-Can't-Believe-They're-Not-Fried-Tortilla-Chips.
