Pecan "Meat" Sloppy Joes

Yield: 4 sandwiches

Description

Serve with coleslaw if you have time and chips and pickles if you don’t.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Pecan "Meat"
  • 1/2 cup your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 4 good-quality sandwich buns, toasted

Instructions

  • Heat Pecan "Meat" and barbecue sauce in a medium saucepan over medium until heated through. Lightly toast buns, then spoon a portion of barbecued Pecan "Meat" onto each bun bottom. Cap with a bun top and serve immediately.
