Ingredients
- 1 can (13.5 oz) unsweetened coconut cream
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
Instructions
- Scrape cream and liquid into a medium bowl. Whisk in lemon juice, vinegar, and salt. Turn into a covered container and refrigerate until ready to use. (Can be refrigerated for several weeks.)
